- Each applicant is responsible for the completion and signing of the Application Form for Recycle & Reward (hereinafter referred to as “R&R”) Honour Reward Programme (Hereinafter referred to as “HRP”. All information gathered from the Application Form will be used to create a membership Account. Notification via SMS and/or email of the successful and completed full account Information will be sent to the Member upon registration of the Membership Account in the System.
- Ownership of materials and items submitted by Members to R&R is deemed to be transferred from Members to R&R for collection and calculation of Member’s points.
- R&R is not responsible of the method of acquisition of the materials and items by the Members.
- Members are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide to the Terms and Conditions herein when applying for and/or using the HRP. Membership will commence upon the first time. Members use the HRP and earn points. Members are fully responsible for the HRP issued by R&R in the Programme.
- A member of the Programme is able to transfer Point to another Member to qualify for a Qualifying Redemption (“point transfer”). Each request for a transfer of points should be made in writing in letter to R&R Management.
- The programme is open to all residents who are at least 18 years of age and to organizations with residential and/or business address in Malaysia.
- R&R assumes no responsibility for any loss of any nature resulting from. Member participation in the Programme.
- R&R may also modify, suspend or terminate the programme or replace it with another programme at any time.
